Our Heritage Hogs
We offer pork from heritage breed hogs renowned for their old-world flavor. You can expect a dark, micro-marbled meat with delicious and healthy fat. Our hogs are raised outdoors, on pasture and are free of antibiotics and growth hormones. They are fed and forage for a wide variety of foods including legumes and grasses, grains, vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
Our Grass-fed Cattle
We offer 100% grass-fed beef from our herd of cattle. The pastures are loaded with clover, alfalfa, and a diverse array of grasses and wildflowers. Expect a flavorful beef that tastes of the land on which it grew.
Our Pastured Poultry
Red Ranger Chickens are a bird known for their bountiful portions of dark meat and incredible flavor. Unlike conventional cornish-cross chickens, these birds excel at foraging the diverse mixture of grasses, forbs, and insects in our pasture. You can see and taste the nutritional difference in the golden skin, moist meat, and the rich stock produced from these birds.
Our Grassfed Sheep
Welcome the newest members of our farm! A group of Katahdin ewes (mama sheep). Lambs will be born and raised out on our pastures this spring. The sheep are wonderful at grazing down the wildflowers in our pasture that our cattle ignore, making them a beneficial addition to our farm. We plan to have 100% grassfed lamb shares and cuts available in Jan/Feb 2019.
Our Free-Range Hens
We are taking a break and will not be raising hens in 2019. Thank you to all our loyal customers who've supported our egg enterprise over the last few years.
