It's no surprise that it was such a pleasure working with Chris and Tamara to set everything up for our pork share - a family that treats their animals with such care and respect obviously treats their human customers with the same amazing care. From the sign up to walking us through the process for selecting cuts to pick-up - it was all easy. They didn't mind taking the extra time to explain things and to answer any questions. And of course the final product - delicious! You can really tell a difference. Plus they included lots of interesting items that we wouldn't have thought to buy otherwise - like tongue (gotta try it for tacos!) and pork fat, that we rendered for lots of wonderful lard and some amazing cracklings (that even our 1 and 4 year old couldn't get enough of!)
